    This home skips trash day week after week. Today the trash collection has come and gone. This was reported last week and obviously the County did nothing about this or the enforcement is not respectable. The cans are so full the lids can't be put on, now the trash is being tossed onto the porch. There have been multiple complaints of rat sightings in this area and multiple reports on this home for overflowing trash. The county really needs to enforce this and do follow up reports.

    The owners at 112 W. Earleigh Heights road do NOT bring their trash cans back into the yard after trash pick up on Thursday morning. The house address is on 112 W. Earleigh Heights Road, but they leave their cans out on PINEVIEW ave. Please help us with this situation. I've asked them before to bring in their cans but they ignore us.

    Shouldn't a house be inspected if you plan to rent the property?
    According to the persons living in this dwelling a lease was not given to the residents to sign nor has the house been inspected by the county.
    Is this legal? And isn't the Landlord responsible with making sure his or her property is well kept inside and outside of the home in Maryland.
    The owner of this house does not live in the address mentioned and as stated her lives in another county outside of Anne Arundel County.

    Open trash along on St. Margaret’s Road by the “dip/bridge” near 1735 property (not from them). Part of the trash is blocking the road and causing traffic.

    County needs to come out and clean it up ASAP. Trash is blowing into Mills Creek.
