An employee at Staypet Resort tested positive for covid and instead of calling employees to let them know they had everyone come in for a meeting and no one was wearing a mask and social distancing was not being inforced. They are not requiring masks unless your up front dealing with customers but if a customer comes in not wearing one they are not telling them to leave. They have not deep cleaned anything since finding out and the person that tested positive was at work when she found out and has been days before also. I'm not sure if they are supposed to close down to clean but they haven't and are not taking any precautions in fixing the matter

This is Galilee Lutheran Church in Pasadena. The pastor, Matt Hilpert, has performed several baptisms throughout the pandemic without a mask. There was a member of a congregation who attended services last week while exhibiting symptoms and later tested positive for COVID-19. The congregation was not notified and then services continues the following week without appropriate safety precautions.

I have been to 4 wheel parts 3times in a row this week. No masks, mechanics are not wearing getting in and out of vehicles I have complained twice and still not being done. There were over 15 people in the store area. Manager in office not wearing anything. Not safe at all. I sat in the store for 5hrs waiting on my vehicle and never once saw an employee clean anything.

As of 3/1/2020 when covid became an issue a few of us employees started working from home as the company did not comply with the covid 19 regulations. The county did a spot check after an employee left the company as they let go of the cleaning people and expected the office employees to clean the toilets and such. So when that employee left it was reported and they were visited and advised if they came back and found that they were not wearing mask then they would be shut down. They did come back and they did not come in on the 2nd occasion but they saw the one person in the office who wore a mask at the front desk. A month later they were reported again as they had over 5 cases in the company and certain members of management were told not to let anyone know so that the office could continue to run. Then an inspector came in and sat down with John L Van Horne Jr and advised that they needed to do something and the next day they came back and took everyones temperature that entered to work. since they have been gone the company went back to wearing no mask in the office. The techs in the field are not issued enough ppe equipment in order to safely perform services for the clients. Although the clients do not realize that our techs to not dispose of the mask they used on the previous or all other jobs that day. One employee in the office has had three deaths in her family and she was the only one that wore a mask. So since I just spoke with an employee who is still working there and she mentioned to me that they are back to not being compliant wanted to make a report as it is a health risk to not only the employees but the clients that they are services.

According to Executive Order 41, Section 18 - "Organized sports may proceed with practice or skill sessions only; no game competition is
permitted. Practice or skill sessions are limited to a total of 25 participants and coaches for outdoor activities or 25% of the facilities’ Maximum Occupancy for indoor activities, provided that no
more than 10 people per activity area shall be permitted indoors. This includes organized sports at private schools, Fitness Centers, church gyms, and the permitted use of County fields/gyms. All coaches, participants and spectators shall wear face coverings at all times and meet the Mandatory Health and Safety Protocols. Spectators are subject to the gathering limits for social gatherings in Paragraph 17. Outdoor sports activities and indoor sports facilities shall maintain a log of all
persons who participate in the activity or enter an indoor facility, to include patrons’ names, contact information, and time of visit to assist with contact tracing". During futsol games, there are well more than 10 people per activity, as most teams have that number of players per team - 2 teams would have close to 20 players, not counting coaches or spectators. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?????

    Hi-

Not sure if this is the right place but in trying to rent a car after my flight the manager of this location refused to wear a mask when I asked her too. Stated that the plastic glass was enough.

All I know is I’ve been doing my part while traveling home to work for two weeks and everything was smooth until this. She said to me “I made it personal”

I have no words for this. I told her to put a mask on or I was leaving.

    Thank you
