    The PostalAnnex store's owner has not worn a face mask every time I visit. She only wears a face shield which is not proper protection. I see there is another report about this business violating COVID rules, so I hope this matter is resolved soon.

    Benfield Sports Center - corner of benfield and 97. If outdoor recreation sports are on hold how can sports be allowed to be permitted inside? Kids are not required to wear masks during the games, the precautions that the facility has in place are loosely enforced. I really wish the kids could continue to play but this seems very dangerous for our community.

    Visited on 12/23. Every seat in the salon was full. Definitely not operating at 25%. Some masks being worn properly, other were below noses.

One positive employee has returned after 10 days of quarantine and the office has yet to be cleaned by maintenance this is aiding the spread within this closed small space.
