I live in 733 Crucible Court and we have a rodent infection that our property manger Nicole refuses to address. The first company that came out lied and said they sprayed. We had a second company come our saying nothing was done by them and this is happening due to our neighbors home at 731 crucible court. She is an older lady and they said the mice are coming from her home. They described her home as inhabitable. This woman may have not had any help from our terrible property manager. Please help us. My daughter has had to leave due for the amount of stress it’s caused her. We have no help from the property manager and they will not admit this is a problem . we have caught over 4 mice and the rental manager/ pest control caught one while at our home . This is a townhome . We have had several reports of our garbage and this is what is attracting the mice as well. It was also noted in an email sent out which I have proof of. please help we are not the only ones suffering.

Just moved in July 27th and there has Vern a rodent issue. I’ve address it to my rental off, emergency maintenance, pest control as well as property manager. The issue is being taking very lightly and not being fixed, it’s a townhome community abc I have 4 kids aging from 6 to newborn. This isn’t a livable situation

This resident does not cutting his lawn front and back. Very concerned about the rodents and snakes because of high grass.

Throws trash on other properties
Holds outside parties weekly
Doesn’t clean up food, beer, left out to attract mice, rodents and roaches
Can hear children screaming about mice and
Rats

These pics of over grown back yard. Grass not cut in 7 yrs trees growing out of inground pool. My neighbor has had 3 snakes in her yard that she witnessed come from this back yard. This yard is something no one should have to live next to. Please assist her and hold 1910 Oakley Rd 21061 accountable.

There is a giant pile of trash/items laying in the driveway. Rats and Mice have been seen around this house and others surrounding it.

I rent the basement appartment from my sister in law. There ia an infestatiob of mice, roaches and knats. The photo is just one that I uploaded. Overtop the bathroom tub where mice soemtimes fall into are climb down the wall. Last summer was extremely hot and there did not have AC because ot broke in June 2021 and they did not fix it. Being in the basement with only one functioning window was rough. I had to buy a portable a/c to at least make it tolerable. They is a over abundance of trash outside with no lids, a fire pit a junked furniture I assume they want to burn. I have seen Rats outback in the trash & garage area. They know about this but do not do much. I do not want you to give them my name that I reported them, even though if they are smart enough just may be able to figure it out. Thank you for listening.
