    As a concerned employee they are not providing safety equipment for employees. I worked for 8 hours and not one time did they provide us anything to wipe the debit card terminal off with. I did not see anyone wiping down carts all day and the store was packed with line to back of store from 10 am 6 pm when I left. My supervisor was in the back with no mask on and it made me feel uncomfortable. Also I felt uncomfortable saying anything to my boss about this as it may be retaliation against me. Someone please look into this store as I may have to make a decision not to no longer work here because of these concerns. If someone could get hired to see the practice. I just started and no one talked to me about the safety precautions that need to be taken. That is very disturbing to me and I am concerned about all that work here and that may visit the store. - please I don’t want to get into any trouble for reporting this. I just want someone to please investigate and help.

    There are 12 confirmed COVID-19 employee cases in the building plus 3 more suspected positives all within the past week. Employees with symptoms and known exposure are coming into the office with PCR results pending. Some are receiving positive results while at work in the facility. Management is not enforcing strict regulations in regards to patient and employee safety. We have many patients who are immunocompromised and receive these immunosuppressant medications through our infusion center in the building. There has been no action taken towards sanitization of the building either. This is very concerning. Thank you

    Hi, I work for Roto-Rooter plumbing call center and my work required us to come back to the office starting 10/5. Unfortunately, I feel that the office is not in compliance with Anne Arundel County safety orders for COVID-19. I brought some issues to the managements attention but they were dismissed and I feel that employee health could be at risk. I’m asking that someone from the Health Department review these issues.

    This is the third time I’ve been in this t-mobile during the pandemic and all three times the manager in the picture has not been wearing a mask, even when he was well within the 6ft guidance of senior citizens and children.

    I went into the store on the 14th around 1pm store was very crowded boxes of stuff all over the floor and in the lanes. Very hard to walk around their big boxes. I asked the people at the door about that number of 120, and that it is very crowded in here, this number needs to go down. There is no social distancing in the lines to tight to stand in the lines. I returned on Sunday the 15th the same please go into tis store on the weekend. PLEASE.

    I took my medically fragile daughter to LabCorp for required blood tests. We were on time for our appointment. The capacity listed on the door was three. There were 5 by the time we were seen. There were at least 10 patients in there when I left. There were 8 in the lobby. There was no social distancing. Although signs claim the room was disinfected between patients, I was hurried out while the next person was brought in. I did not see hand sanitizer.

    This establishment is not large enough to hold the 10 cars worth of people with any kind of social distancing, let alone the required seated distancing in a bar. This is a daily issue in this community and is a concern due to neighborhood spread.

    Hello,
    This is the third time I have reported this business and the situation has only gotten worse. There is a show cleaning stand right outside the Disney Store at Arundel Mills Mall in Anne Arundel County. This business does not enforce mask wearing. Some employees do, but most do not. One employee in particular has never worn a mask. He is always getting too close to me and others when passing by. This afternoon I noticed he has also started vaping inside. He appears to be in his 20s, usually wears all black with his pants sagging, facial hair, and mask below his chin at all times. Mall security says there is nothing they can do. This is especially not ok during the covid pandemic. I don’t know how many times I have to report this before something can be done about it. If this is not going to be enforced then the business should not remain open. I hope that this email can help but it has been months of me reporting and nothing has changed. Please help.

    I currently work in the shop part of this business, on Tuesday 3/16 we were told an employee tested positive for Covid. To let management know if we feel we need to get tested or if we feel we were in close contact with this person, this person performs different jobs all over the shop. I though oh wow this is the first time I felted they handle it great. As I started to get more details I realized that wasn’t the case. What I heard/ did see the employee was at work on Monday for a good 4 hours mind you all over the shop, at that point the employee reports to the supervisor that his mother tested positive for Covid which he lived with, he was tested over the weekend was positive for Covid. The supervisor send him home immediately. Fast forward to yesterday 3/17 the employee is back at work with only being out for a day and half. I was told he had a note and could return because he had no symptoms that there was nothing they could do. I’m beyond appalled by this company for letting this employee back into the work place I don’t care if he has a note or not first he was exposed which should be a 14 day quarantine. Then he tested positive which should be a 10 day quarantine. Even if he is asymptomatic. We have been open the whole time in the past year and I have disagreed with a lot of things and how the company handled Covid procedures between cleaning ( we when days without working toilets but they got Porter potty‘s there within hours so they didn’t have to shut down they were so gross) and not screening properly when employee come to work. ( all that is done is our temperature and we are asked if you are ok) But I can’t over look this reason incident this shop needs to be looked into I don’t feel safe coming to work I’m worried that I could bring this home to my family all because they didn’t follow the proper protocols or CDC guidance. Thank you for everything I hope this is thoroughly looked into.
