Housing/Health Issues PLUS

We have reported this to many times! We have seen RATS at 228 Sunset Drive! They continue to be HOARDERS!!! There latest is JUNK!!! Junk vehicles, goat carts, boats (2), 4 wheelers, mini bikes, motorcycles etc... oh & so much more! Since before the holidays we have seen 3 huge rats at least 5lbs! The reason I know this is when they go behind the house they make noise to scare them off I’ve heard them. Plus my Jack Russells have both caught one each!!! I have been coming to the county for help for the last 16 years!!! Because of covid we canceled our exterminator Orkin in case you would like to follow up ! I have put a lot of time and money into my house & I don’t feel I should be footing the bill for NASTY! Every time they bring a rollback in here we have more junk & new rat sightings! They don’t even put trash out on trash day??? I’m extremely fed up !!! If you can’t do anything about them we should get rezoned & a tax credit because no one over there works but somehow in the middle of the night they get junk delivered & move stuff around I’ve seen them pushing vehicles! Also that silver Jeep has expired tags & has not run for over 2 years! I also find it amazing how the other junk rust buckets all of a sudden have tags on the cars ? It’s really funny to see them pushing them around!

Every morning and evening when I pass by there are rats coming from under the multiple trailers on the property. you can tell they haven’t moved in years because of all the overgrowth. It’s been reported multiple times before. It disgusting and a major health issue and the county needs to do something.

My tenants who live next to the Time Out Bar & Grill have made me aware of Rats coming under their fence from the bar's property. This bar was CLOSED when I bought my house in Oct 2020 and reopened sometime in 2022 I believe and in Dec 2022 the property was sold. They also said that the rats have chewed through the back of my garage (which they have since closed up the hole). I am trying to prevent any further issues/damage to my rental property.

Mountain Road Plaza, Multiple dumpsters overflowing & trash sitting outside the dumpsters. Rats are all over the place and starting to make their way into residential areas. Something needs to be done ASAP Weather it’s Health Dept or Sanitation related.

Dollar general and Roses is loaded with mice

Just moved in July 27th and there has Vern a rodent issue. I’ve address it to my rental off, emergency maintenance, pest control as well as property manager. The issue is being taking very lightly and not being fixed, it’s a townhome community abc I have 4 kids aging from 6 to newborn. This isn’t a livable situation
