COVID-19Open85 Stewart Dr Edgewater, MD, 21037, USA - Londontowne
On December 31, 2021, I went to the AFC Urgent Care facility to receive a drive-thru PCR covid test. I found this facility on the Anne Arundel County Website as a facility providing no-cost testing. When I got the test, I was told I would receive my results in 24-48 hours. A few days later I received an email from AFC Urgent Care stating that they would need a picture of my driver's license and insurance card to proceed with my results. I have been tested other times in the county and never been asked for my insurance card and can't remember if anyone asked to even see my license, but was never asked for a picture. This is potentially vulnerable personal information and I am extremely uncomfortable with this demand.
It has been 11 days since I had my covid test and still don't have any results. I believe the facility is refusing to give me my results without the license and insurance cards. I can't believe this is legal and am asking for help getting my results. Thank you.

COVID-19Open6719 Dover Rd Glen Burnie, MD, 21060, USA - Glen BurnieCanada dry has had At least 15 confirmed Positive Covid 19 employees who have been in close contact with several employees. Canada Dry is not making Staff aware that there have been positive cases. Due to this negligence the staff are not aware of who needs to quarantine or get tested. this is a safety issue and covid is rapidly being spread in this warehouse due to Canada Drys negligence and lack of concern for staff and their families.

COVID-19OpenMassage Crystal 2421 Crofton Ln, Crofton, MD, 21114, USA - CroftonI want to report this business at risk of exposure of COVID-19. I had an appointment there, when I got there, it's full of people and crowded. There's no social distance guide signs and they didn't follow the restriction to reduce the maximum occupancy. All of their rooms were occupied, I had to cancel my appointment after I saw that.

COVID-19Open315 Lakeview Ave Mayo, MD, 21037, USA - MayoMy 9yr old sons father(we are not together) dropped our son off to a in home daycare named
Lare's Love-n-Care Family Child Care in Edgewater, MD. When I spoke to my son while he was there in their care he told me he wasn't made to wear a mask and no other adult was wearing them either. There was also that children that lived in the home that weren't required to wear a mask either. This is really upsetting that my child and family are put in this situation. -
COVID-19Open21076 Hanover, MD, USA - US Congressional District MD3Mask wearing and physical distancing is not being required at many businesses or for patrons of the mall. There is a shoe cleaning businesses right outside the Disney Store that is a major violator and their employees are never wearing their masks properly and yet still get way to close to me and others when passing by. It is not safe and pretending like it is is ridiculous. If masks, capacity, and physical distancing are not going to be enforced in places like the mall then these places need to close. How many more Marylanders have to die before people realize this? I am so tired of the rules not being enforced.
