    The house at 20 Riverview Avenue is owned by Uplift Recovery Homes and advertised as two three-bedroom units. When the property was listed for sale, it was four bedrooms in a single family house. Duplexes are not permitted in R2 without special exception. Sober houses are not group homes or assisted living under state or county code. The house now has 10-15 cars parked outside of it every night. Clearly the house has been reconfigured but I see no permits issued on the county website. And there is no way the house is configured for this many residents under fire code, much less commercial operation. Please investigate for zoning, permit and safety compliance. Thank you.

    Allen Avenue in West River, MD has very narrow streets and I have a very strong concern that should we need fire or rescue services, the equipment will not be able
    To get down our street. The house across from mine is 1035 Allen Avenue- they park all of their cars in the street, often leaving their driveway empty. When their cars are on the street- the trash trucks often have difficulty coming down to our houses near the dead end. Is there a way to do a trial run or test to see if the equipment can come down our street?

    So my neighbors at 255 Carroll Road Pasadena 21122 are renting rooms which from what I understand is legal if you're licensed. I do not believe they are. They have people in and out all of the time clogging up the parking situation as if it isn't bad enough already. The owners of the house have their tenants thinking they have assigned Parking spots which two spots are directly in front of my house. I'm certain they are not claiming the income from the rent which is a different story on its own. Hopefully something is done very soon as multiple neighbors are getting very upset about it.
