City of Dixon PLUS

This lot has been empty for over 25 years. The city has refused to do something that is for the better of that Latino community. Additional parking would be greatly appreciated. As it is the lot is a current hire hazard, there is a lot of dry grass, trash, rodents in this area.

I moved into my new house at 855 West B St, Dixon CA 95620 in November and I've noticed that there is a persistent drainage issue outside before the driveway. It appears that my house may be at a low point of the street. Sometimes it dries up but more often than not I've got this puddle always sitting out there. It's pretty gross because algae and trash accumulates and gets soggy there. Is there anything the city can do to help?

Citizens of Dixon had better wake up and tell the city council and the planning commission that their attempt at back dooring low income and high density housing isn't going to fly. Corridor Mixed Use is just a ploy to bring in low income housing and drive down people's property values who always believed that any property zoned as commercial would be used as such. Just imagine all of the crime if the city allows housing on Market/Ary ln.
