  • Hill St Malden, Massachusetts - Malden Ward 5
When will Hill St be paved to match up with the work that's been done on Kimball? Crossing Kimball St it is extremely uneven and there is no warning sign, You have to slow down to almost a stop to prevent damage to your car. There are also many deep frost heaves/pot holes that need to be fixed on Hill St.

At the intersection of Maple St and Ivy Rd the road is completely dug up leaving a giant drop in the road. At night this section of road is very dark and the only warning of this sudden drop is a homemade sign spray painted on plywood which is impossible to see in the dark. Which city official has failed to do their job And make sure the contractor has placed proper saftey signs, reflective orange, warning drivers of the sudden drop. It's about time the city officials who fail to do their jobs are terminated, this dangerous condition is absolutely unacceptable

What in the unseasoned chicken is going on with this work on wyeth st. First the streets look horrible and the entire street got excited about the streets being redone even thought it was a year late we got excites to see the trucks outside. Now they finished and it looks like it was the asphalts company first day in business. After thr horrible works done a construction company starts worling on 78 wyeth st they are building unsafe decks it looks like the asphalt guys help them over there and they are workinf until 12am every night

Hello, Pine St was recently paved, first coat anyway which is great but it left a lip between the driveway and street. I know some had this issue patched and would like the same for our driveway, not sure why it wasn't when the rest were. This is causing issues and will cause further issues once the snow comes. Thanks in advance.

A couple of weeks back they replaced water pipes on the street to sidewalk. When laying the cement they left a huge gap between the driveway and the sidewalk and the front of the flower bed. It’s a hazard. When winter comes it’s going to be a issue for myself getting in my drive way. This is the second complaint I’ve made about this issue and nothing has been done.

I am unsure whether repainting the street markings is addressed within the scope of the Complete Streets project at the Charles Street/Main Street intersection. In any case, the No Turn on Red signs cannot come any sooner! Now that the curb extensions are in place at the NW and SW corners of the intersection, vehicles turning from Main Street onto Charles take wider turns, often without slowing down. It often means they barrel straight into the Charles Street eastbound lane, making for many narrow misses, even when one is stopped behind the stop line. Is it possible to have the street markings on Charles St repainted? They are completely faded and having them repainted would hopefully solve the turn speed issue, if minimally.
