  • Ferry St & Boylston St Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 7
This National Grid project that has turned Ferry Street into an outright DISASTER AREA, once completed SHOULD INCLUDE (just as our neighbors in Everett) FULL REPAVEMENT OF THE ENTIRE DISRUPTED ROADWAY! How can Malden allow National Grid to leave the area and get away with only patching??! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD! Everett has repaved from Glendale Square right up to the Malden line! MALDEN residents DESERVE THE SAME! Someone from the city should make sure National Grid does not just tear up our roadway for their benefit, just patch and leave! As a long time Malden taxpayer I find this TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! WE DESERVE BETTER! SOMEONE NEEDS TO TAKE A STAND AND SPEAK UP!
  • 1–15 Willow St Malden MA 02148, United States - Malden Ward 7
Harvard Street, willow, Henry, ferry and many other streets were completely hacked apart during national grids work. I live in this neighborhood and haven’t seen any work crews here in weeks. Tufts paving was overseeing the asphalt work. Get them. To fix these hack patch jobs. It’s pathetic that a city clerk allows those type of work to pass even as temp work. It shouldn’t take 6 months for NG to come back to finish and get a proper patch done. I work construction in Boston and these patches are complete hack! Let’s hold some people accountable instead of passing the buck all the time. Thank you stay safe
  • 20–86 Canal St Malden 02148, United States - Malden Ward 1
Why can’t this get fixed with it has been requested to be fixed for over 3 years and it keeps getting pushed aside and deleted
  • Hanover St Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 6
Sidewalk repair on Hanover Street started on 5/19/20
it is now 6/8/20 - all we have is rock on our sidewalks. No work has been done since week 1.
    When are they coming back?

67 Regent Road Malden, Massachusetts - Malden Ward 1
A couple of weeks back they replaced water pipes on the street to sidewalk. When laying the cement they left a huge gap between the driveway and the sidewalk and the front of the flower bed. It’s a hazard. When winter comes it’s going to be a issue for myself getting in my drive way. This is the second complaint I’ve made about this issue and nothing has been done.
  • Cross St & Ferry St Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 7
On Ferry Street from Cross Street to Belmont Street, lead service water line replacements (LSLR) are in progress this week. Road paving to follow.

When will the street be paved?
  • 99–149 Forest St Malden 02148, United States - Malden Ward 5
Flooding whenever there’s snow melt or rain. Is there a grading problem that needs to be fixed here?
  • Poplar St Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 5
Tufts Construction is replacing the water main on Poplar St. Residents were given a letter from the City Engineering Dept on July 19 stating the "during construction, trenches and other excavated areas will be backfilled and patched." This has not happened and has caused a severe dust problem in the neighborhood. The trenches have been backfilled but not patched.
We are not able to keep our windows open because of the dust from the construction.
  • 941 Main St Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 5
Concerned about the newly traced lines on main street preparing itself for street painting. The traced lines indicate that there will be a bike lane on both sides? This eliminates parking on the even side and several cuts off parking on the odd side. Parking that is absolutely needed on Main Street. Please confirm.
  • 21 Granville Ave. Malden, MA - Malden Ward 5
During the recent sidewalk removal and replacement, the retaining curbing (for the lack of a better term) on my front yard was broken and dumped on a flower bed at the corner of the yard. I am looking to have the broken cement removed and the retaining curbing repaired please.
