FINISH THE WORK ON AUTUMN STREET!!! The work started up again two months ago. But for several weeks now, NOTHING has happened. Among other disruptions, we have been left with raised castings, a huge pile of gravel taking half the road, a large missing section of sidewalk which makes it impassible (even though there are multiple diasabled residents in the neighborhood), no information from the city, and no idea what morning we will wake up to contruction and have to scramble to deal with parking restrictions and inaccessible driveways. This is now the THIRD CONSECUTIVE SUMMER during which our neighborhood has been torn up. The city has repeatedly failed to deliver on its promises. It's been one delay after another after another. No more excuses. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! The entire neighborhood is fed up. GET IT DONE!!!

There was a right turn only lane coming down rt. 99 to turn onto Salem Street. It is not indicated by paint markings as it was. Will this be permanent or will right lane paint markings be added.

Sewer backing up into house drain. The sewer line collapsed during construction on water line. Verified by drain service company with camera inspection.

Tufts Construction is replacing the water main on Poplar St. Residents were given a letter from the City Engineering Dept on July 19 stating the "during construction, trenches and other excavated areas will be backfilled and patched." This has not happened and has caused a severe dust problem in the neighborhood. The trenches have been backfilled but not patched.
We are not able to keep our windows open because of the dust from the construction.

93 Whitman Street Malden, Massachusetts, 02148 - Malden Ward 2

Whitman street was paved probably about two months or so ago, and then they replaced sidewalks When is the contractor planning on coming back to put a final coat on the street? As it stands the road is messy, cones are everywhere, and the curbs are extremely high

    Appreciate any insight

No lane lines. Took almost a month to pave a tiny strip of road that should have been a single day project. Now who knows when lane lines will be added.
  • Highland Ave & Pine St Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 3
Sidewalk has sunk below street at handicap accessible entrance. Tripping hazard.
  • 941 Main St Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 5
Concerned about the newly traced lines on main street preparing itself for street painting. The traced lines indicate that there will be a bike lane on both sides? This eliminates parking on the even side and several cuts off parking on the odd side. Parking that is absolutely needed on Main Street. Please confirm.
  • Clifton St & Linden Ave Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 4
This stop sign on the intersection of Clifton and Linden Ave. heading towards Main Street is set back from the road and we have seen a number of people blow right past it. Seems like an accident waiting to happen and have heard this from a number of other Maldonians. If possible to move closer to the road it would be much more visible.

My personal property was damaged during the public sidewalk reconstruction yesterday. When removing the sidewalk concrete it seems the machine also completely lifted 8 ft of my front walkway which is now broken and cracked. How can this get repaired?
