Wallace St and Wallace Circle entrances needs to be resurfaced, it is unacceptable and dangerous. There is not only cracking of the asphalt but rutting on the entrance where the road surface is elevated up a good half foot from what it should be.

I was told my street was going to be paved this summer because it is being seriously neglected. I wanted an update please. Thanks!

I submitted my original request on May 12th and still have not received a response. Since nobody responded, I'm assuming click fix was not the appropriate method of reporting this issue. Would somebody please provide a contact name and phone number for my issue noted below?

Original issue reported on May 12:
The sidewalks were redone on Henry Street and the contracting company incorrectly pitched the driveways causing cars to bottom out when exiting the driveway. The city confirmed the pitch of driveway was done incorrectly and the contractor fixed some driveways. However, mine has not been fixed which causes scraping and damage to my undercarriage when exiting the driveway.

Resident stated pothole or possible sinkhole in front of property that they would like to be looked at and repaired (BM)

The street and sidewalks were opened up in April 2023 to replace lead water piping. They were temporarily patched but the company never returned to mill and overlay the entire road as the contractor said they would. With the freeze/thaw of winter, the street crumbling and forming potholes. Some of the granite curbs were also left askew and misaligned leaving potential for car damage issues when parking. There has been a lot of media coverage of the state approving $200M for reconstruction and maintenance of municipal roads so this would be a great place to apply a little bit of that.

This is a general request for the city of malden to repave all of Hillside Ave and Hillside Ter. This summer, At least 4 months of heavy duty construction work to replace a water main has left the steep hill a very uneven and hazardous zone. No final paving was ever completed, just a mix of patchwork pours. Please help us make our community safer.

No water drainage at corner of curb when handicap people are supposed to cross. Needs drain or to be elevated.

The cracks between 90 and 91 Converse Avenue are getting worse and need to be repaired.

The Construction crew left a rusty sewer lid and piping on the sidewalk. It's been sitting there for months. Please have the construction crew do a full scan of all Ward 7 locations. They seem to have forgotten to clear a lot of this material. I know this isn't the first comment on 311 about construction debris being left out on sidewalks.

A water company had done major work on the corner of Granite St. and Neal St. They were here for several days. They left metal material, scraps and tubing under a tree on the right side at the entrance to Neal St. I feel this is very dangerous to be left on the side of the road. Many young children live in this area - not safe for walking or biking. Could the City of Malden please take care of this dumped material? Thank you.

This is the back side of 27 Gordon St.
It is across the street from 37 Goodwin Ave - an elderly woman has fallen over with the sidewalk being in such bad conditions! The entire street and sidewalks are a mess on Goodwin Ave and the children have a hard time riding bikes or scooters but the main issue is an elderly woman who has fallen a few times on this particular spot!
