While working on the curb they damaged and broke my walkway. They manage cover up with minor patch. However I can see the whole piece has broken out. Can we ask for a better repair that our private property has been damaged.
  • Ferry St & Boylston St Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 7
This National Grid project that has turned Ferry Street into an outright DISASTER AREA, once completed SHOULD INCLUDE (just as our neighbors in Everett) FULL REPAVEMENT OF THE ENTIRE DISRUPTED ROADWAY! How can Malden allow National Grid to leave the area and get away with only patching??! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD! Everett has repaved from Glendale Square right up to the Malden line! MALDEN residents DESERVE THE SAME! Someone from the city should make sure National Grid does not just tear up our roadway for their benefit, just patch and leave! As a long time Malden taxpayer I find this TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! WE DESERVE BETTER! SOMEONE NEEDS TO TAKE A STAND AND SPEAK UP!

I woke up today to a policeman blocking the street just outside my driveway and was told that road repairs are being done at Salem / Claremont st AGAIN, could someone please tell me why as a home owner on this street I did not get a call, letter, email or text about this construction and traffic diversion??? This is becoming completely unacceptable! It is 2022, you can easily inform a neighborhood of upcoming work in the area

Last year city of Malden hired a company to do the side walk on Bowdoin st, the work performed was subpar as best. The sidewalks aren't even and they cut in to the driveway of everyones property without permission of the homeowners. They removed perfect grass and soil from the grass beds at the sidewalk to perform the work and filed back with gravel that don't grow grass. This kind of work is not acceptable and it baffles me that no one from the city work department supervised and inspected the work upon completion.

17 Fall Street Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 3
Any update on when they will be returning for finish paving on Fall St? The edges are pretty rough right now and water was pooling after the recent rain. We had our cars parked elsewhere for the entire week 11/7-11/17 and no work was done.
  • 32 Seaview Avenue Malden, Massachusetts, 02148 - Malden Ward 5
We recently had out side walk repaired ( on Baker Street) and while the side walks were getting repaired the folks damaged our side of the property on Baker Street (stone wall) and at the time we were told that they will just put it back without cementing it and after the side walk work is complete, they will cement it and put it back properly. It looks like they never cemented it back and this week it all came down again. I would appreciate if you would send someone to fix this. Please let me know if you need any further information.
  • 29 Corey Road Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 3
Corey road was recently resurfaced with new curbing. The problem is that between 29. Corey road driveway and 51 Corey curbing or some type of berm / curbing wasn’t installed to stop the flow of water from going behind the newly installed curb causing extreme washout of my lawn. Currently I have sandbags to stop the flow. Additional pictures available if needed.. Sincerely Gregory Rogers 51 Corey Rd

Another prime example of road construction going on and absolutely no notification that the street you’re currently driving on is closed and you cannot go all the way through so you must turn around and go back the way you came. I’m unsure why it is such a hassle to provide residents notification at the beginning of a street at the street is in fact closed.
  • 5–33 Exchange St Malden MA 02148, Verenigde Staten - Malden Ward 4
Please add a no turn on red sign facing Exchange street Due to the presence of a bike box at this intersection, the city of Malden is violating the federal MUTCD by permitting turns on red at this location Inaction to resolve this issue by placing a no turn on red sign on this approach could result in the city in losing federal funding on infrastructure projects
  • 1-59 Lincoln St Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 3
The street is borderline un-drivable as the majority of the road and side walk are very uneven with large dips, bumps and cracks. The uneven state of the road has worsened considerably due to the quick patching method over sections torn up by construction crews and cracks have deepened as heavy construction vehicles have driven over and parked numerous days on the road and sidewalks alike.
