The debris is next to the dumpster they have on the street, but blocking the sidewalk. Please have them clean the sidewalk before the kids go out trick or treating tomorrow. Thanks -

Clifton St & Dexter St Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 3I just went by this morning and saw there is spray paint to mark out the replacement crosswalk across Dexter St. but there is no spray paint down to make the crosswalk that was across Clifton Street at the bus stop. This is a very crucial crosswalk to connect the neighborhood so I assume this was an oversight and wanted to make sure it was part of the final repainting plan. -

Sidewalks are asphalt and are in poor condition from Gas station on corner up past the Webster Street/Maplewood intersections very difficult to walk on that side.

Parking / Traffic SignsПризнана49-99 Blomerth St Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 3"No Parking" signs were placed along the west side of upper Blomerth St. yesterday (Wed., 10/25) afternoon. The signs are dated for today, 10/26. No work has occurred today.
Why was parking prevented today? As has been mentioned several times is previous reports, many residents in this neighborhood do not have off-street parking. Requiring residents to park in a different section of the neighborhood creates a hardship for residents with young children and limited mobility.
The signs are still there, but the date has not been updated. According to the signage, residents can now park in this area again. Is the contractor planning on doing the work TOMORROW, 10/27, even though their signs are dated for TODAY, 10/26? Will cars parked on the street tomorrow be ticked or towed, even though they are not in violation of the signage?
Once again, residents are being treated with zero regard by the engineering department and its contractors. Is this EVER going to improve? WHEN ARE WE GOING TO RECEIVE BETTER COMMUNICATION ABOUT CONSTRUCTION WORK AND PARKING RESTRICTIONS?

Neighbor works on her garden outside, and is adjacent, and or right under her.
Tree would need to be either trimmed or evaluated.
