Commercial St Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 4There needs to be lines drawn so you can tell what lane you are in. Commercial Street is a main road and it is very dangerous without line markings especially in the dark

PotholeFur413 Broadway Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 8
Our taxes should be used to repair the awful road conditions on this HEAVILY traveled road mostly between Glenmere Ave and Salem St.
Cracks, potholes, humps, dips, utility covers sunken down too far as well as broken ones. We’re taxed so many ways to drive on these roads that are in disrepair.
Eastern Ave & Centre streets are also just as bad. How can anyone think that these two MAIN roads which are heavily traveled is in passable condition for motorists to be driving on with causing drastic wear and tear on our vehicles. Times are tough and we all can’t afford to be repairing or replacing our vehicles that we are also taxed on. Fix it and stop brushing it off like there isn’t any issue here!

Parking / Traffic SignsLa qiray250 West St Malden MA 02148, United States - Malden Ward 2With the city wide speed limit shouldn't this sign be taken down and replaced
With 25 mph? People speed dangerously down west street and often roll through stop signs so any help with slowing down the cars would be nice. -
99–149 Forest St Malden 02148, United States - Malden Ward 5Flooding whenever there’s snow melt or rain. Is there a grading problem that needs to be fixed here?

Bell Rock St & Green St Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 1It's bad enough that our neighborhood is the designated construction yard for Charles Contracting, but can they at least can keep their public private property tidy instead of dumping everything all over the cemetery border and making it difficult to navigate an already treacherous area to navigate? They are ruining what was a somewhat nice area to walk. Last week there was a dead rabbit that was obviously crushed by them just lying there, massive stone blocks, and now a pile of barrels. Don't we put up with enough @#$% over here with Lem's ineptitude?

8 Murray Hill Road Malden, Massachusetts, 02148 - Malden Ward 3
The retaining wall of my property at 8 Murray Hill Road has become significantly damaged during the road work and sidewalk work occurring over the past 2 months. The major cracks were not present prior to the jack hammering and construction activities and require repair.
I've received a quote for the repairs, totaling $10,000. Photographs from before the construction began show that the wall did not have these significant cracks (see attached photograph).

Centre St & Commercial St Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 1No lane lines. Took almost a month to pave a tiny strip of road that should have been a single day project. Now who knows when lane lines will be added.

Parking / Traffic SignsLa qiray171-199 Florence St Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 4Can we look into putting a “Right Lane Bike Lane Only” sign for traffic on Florence Street heading toward the Main Street intersection? The bike lane is often used as a right turn lane. Thank you!

Poplar St Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 5Tufts Construction is replacing the water main on Poplar St. Residents were given a letter from the City Engineering Dept on July 19 stating the "during construction, trenches and other excavated areas will be backfilled and patched." This has not happened and has caused a severe dust problem in the neighborhood. The trenches have been backfilled but not patched.
We are not able to keep our windows open because of the dust from the construction. -
Autumn St Malden, Massachusetts, 02148 - Malden Ward 4FINISH THE WORK ON AUTUMN STREET!!! The work started up again two months ago. But for several weeks now, NOTHING has happened. Among other disruptions, we have been left with raised castings, a huge pile of gravel taking half the road, a large missing section of sidewalk which makes it impassible (even though there are multiple diasabled residents in the neighborhood), no information from the city, and no idea what morning we will wake up to contruction and have to scramble to deal with parking restrictions and inaccessible driveways. This is now the THIRD CONSECUTIVE SUMMER during which our neighborhood has been torn up. The city has repeatedly failed to deliver on its promises. It's been one delay after another after another. No more excuses. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! The entire neighborhood is fed up. GET IT DONE!!!
