This catch basin is blocked by road plate and has been most of the summer.the issue is that it is causing flood damage to my driveway and basement.this is my third time reporting the issue.
I did receive a response today that national grid is working on the gas lines...,
Of this I am painfully aware I can assure you however stating the obvious does me absolutely no good
Would someone kindly tell if and when the drain would be reopened .
I do however appreciate the link to follow up with city council for damages and will do

New traffic lights with new time’s lights cycling time is too short

Somebody repaired the road with approximately a 20x20 section of new asphalt, why wasn’t the rest of the road done since it is in such disrepair? Also on both sides of this repair there are manholes that are sunken below where they should be, where when you hit it with any vehicle (car, truck, tractor trailer, motorcycle or moped) feels like it takes years off the life of the vehicle. It appears something has been reported previously to me last year and doesn’t look like the city has even attempted to fix anything. Doesn’t sound like the city takes complaints seriously from the people that pay for everything with taxes but get nothing in return.

This sidewalk was torn up ages ago, and there's no progress at all. Some of us depend on sidewalks, and I want to be glad you're working on them at all, but repairs in this area have taken weeks and interrupted multiple routes.

Stop signs were not replaced at after construction on James street & Converse, Medford and Wigglesworth.

Will this patch of sidewalk ever be cemented over? It's a tripping hazard.

porta potty on the street for the contractors however it is at the bus stop. People are using it at all hours and it can be smelt from my home. There is also excessive trash. Please move this to a different location as soon as possible and clean the area.e

When is the sidewalk going to be repaired? I get around using a cane, and it’s very dangerous with all the cracks and crevices on Goodwin.

Are there plans on re paving this street and putting down lines since the other half of it in Medford had paved and lines are drawn ?

NOISE from plate on road - over a week of this. Repair asap.

Davidson way was re-paved but wheelchair ramps were never put back in. Could this be prioritized? This should be up to code. Thank you!
