They were temporarily patched but the company never returned to mill and overlay the entire road as the contractor said they would. With the freeze/thaw of winter, the street crumbling and forming potholes. Some of the granite curbs were also left askew and misaligned leaving potential for car damage issues when parking. There has been a lot of media coverage of the state approving $200M for reconstruction and maintenance of municipal roads so this would be a great place to apply a little bit of that. -
134 Boylston Street Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 7The Construction crew left a rusty sewer lid and piping on the sidewalk. It's been sitting there for months. Please have the construction crew do a full scan of all Ward 7 locations. They seem to have forgotten to clear a lot of this material. I know this isn't the first comment on 311 about construction debris being left out on sidewalks. -

I submitted my original request on May 12th and still have not received a response. Since nobody responded, I'm assuming click fix was not the appropriate method of reporting this issue. Would somebody please provide a contact name and phone number for my issue noted below?
Original issue reported on May 12:
The sidewalks were redone on Henry Street and the contracting company incorrectly pitched the driveways causing cars to bottom out when exiting the driveway. The city confirmed the pitch of driveway was done incorrectly and the contractor fixed some driveways. However, mine has not been fixed which causes scraping and damage to my undercarriage when exiting the driveway. -

Clarendon St & Main St Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 1Unmarked cross walk from Converse Ave to Clarendon St across Main Street. I frequently use this cross walk but motorists cannot see it because there is no signage, it’s difficult to spot pedestrians trying to cross, and they are often speeding. My suggestion is to add pedestrian crossing signs and/or blinking lights.

Pothole已确认95 Medford St Malden MA 02148, United States - Malden Ward 1It's unfortunate that the company that just finally finished our newly paved road left us poorly finished manhole covers Some of these manhole covers are already sinking and are just going to be huge potholes in the spring Can't we have them come back and fix them before the snow falls? What they have left us with us extremely unacceptable
