    Aspen Park Community. Not Abandon, but the unsafe amount of vehicles parked any kind of way, large boats, RVs, and trailers are a hazard. You cannot see pulling out of the courts. Children are darting out between them. It needs to be a “No Parking Monday- Friday 7am-7pm”type of road. The would alleviate all the people that abandon their vehicles, boats, RVs and trailers. If I get into an accident, I’m suing the county for allowing this and the person that hit me.

    This is not an Abandoned Vehicle issue. This is related to parking.
    1.There is a Green (4) Door GMC truck parked on the corner of Shellye Road & Harriet Drive. This truck is parked too close to the "Stop Sign" on the Shellye Roadside. It is in violation of the required 15-foot set back distance.
    2. This same truck is tagged in West Virginia, but the owner resides at #6 Harriet Drive. This has occurred for at least 10 years.
    3. On Shellye Road; the truck owner also parks a tandem axle flatbed trailer, tagged in West Virginia. This has been ongoing for many years.
    4. The same Individual also owns a white Ford F250 Pickup truck with West Virgina tags, that is typically parked on Harriet Drive.
    5. Based on the numbers of years, approximately 10 or more, that the individual has resided at 6 Harriet Drive, it is time he is cited for not operating his vehicles with Maryland Vehicle tags. He may own property in West Virgina, but he is a resident of AACO. He needs to start contributing to Maryland's revenue - including paying Maryland taxes.

    This vehicle has been abandoned here for years. It is on the road behind the Corner Cafe. This is an actual road that runs parallel to Riva. (Near Bausum). This is a white vehicle.

    Tan Lincoln was abandoned / broke down on Sunday 16 May. On Monday 17th I saw an officer in the community and she drove by to check it out but did not tag it. The vehicle has now been there over a week and I would like to have it tagged for removal.
