    There is an old camper that is covered by a tarp people are either living in or doing drugs in, could be both! Occupants are loud and clearly under the influence of something. Sadly small children live there and our county isn’t doing anything about it. Residents also park out on the street with visible NO PARKING SIGNS which then in turn inhibit the ability for EMS to go down our road.

    The owner's of this Property own and operate their golf cart up and down Bayside Beach Road, which has a posted speed limit of 40 mph. They do pull over to the grass shoulders and yield right of way to vehicles, but you have to wait until they do so. Golf Carts are not permitted on this Roadway.
    The fact the Husband is a DNR officer does afford him privilege status to operate his Golf Cart against County Regulations.

    As a DNR Officer, he also use to let his son travel Bayside Beach Road on an ATV for many years. His son also drove the same ATV through the Community of Bayside Beach as if it was his own personal Motocross area.

    Its time action is taken against this individual .
