storm water drain is backing up when it rains.

Water leaking for several weeks at the intersection of B&A and Glen Oban Drive. This is at the entrance to the community of Glen Oban.
Your staff C.Goff sent a picture from the back of the community in front of the pool saying they did not find a leak and closed the case. Please have someone check at the entrance to our community- it is right there.

Storm drain at the very end of Wilkshire Drive has water running in it, even though it is not raining. Could someone please come out to check and confirm it is not a pipe that broke? Thank you.

We have received an abnormally high water bill. There has not been any change in our usual water use and we could not see any sign of water leak anywhere. Requesting a check as the water meter may be faulty. Thanks.

For lack of an ability to choose the appropriate channel, County Executive,I want to know if any personal data was stolen/lost when the county’s online portal was hacked. I use this portal to pay bills. Was any personal data compromised? When can county residents know if the county deems it necessary to provide monitoring or if we need to secure monitoring for our account? Communication and transparency would be welcome. Thank you. Good morning, I am the property manager for this property and per the owner, this same issue happens every year and someone has to be sent out to clear roots from the plumbing on the county's side. We have sent out a plumber to snake the plumbing on the property side but we are still having issues with the plumbing. how can I schedule someone to come out and remove the roots from the plumbing on the county side?

Since several new homes were built on Lakeview Ave, with of course new wells, the water quality has greatly declined. Iron levels have gone through the roof. I fear our water is no longer safe to use.
