City of Oakland - Public Property PLUS

There is a Canda Goose in the street that someone hit and killed.
Please send someone out to remove the unfortunate animal from the street.

City workers were supposed to lay down asphalt by last Friday (Oct. 2nd). This was what I was told by one of the workers on that Tuesday (when I asked what the expected completion date was). Come Friday evening the work had not been done. Here we are Wednesday (Oct. 7) and the work is to have been done.
All of us who live on this street have had to repeatedly drive on all this gravel and exposed sewer hatches for over a week from a left abandoned construction job we had no communication about prior to the posted ‘no parking’ signs that appeared the week before.
The section of street right in front of my house has one of the worst patched up gravel. I am concerned for the potential damage to my car.
More then that I am disappointed at the lack of communication regarding when this job will be completed.
This is not fair or professional.

The city put in speed bumps last week (thanks!) and it looks like a "road work ahead" sign was accidentally left behind

There is a fence blocking access to Blaine Street, but no information about road closure or construction.

Wet cement has spilled in the road outside the school. There is a huge mount of cement and people are either driving through it, tracking it up the freshly paved street, or swerving into oncoming traffic to avoid.

Manhole cover missing removed

Oakland "Slow streets" signs cause traffic problems and physical damage to vehicles as they try to avoid the sign. They should be removed from major intersections such as this where traffic gets gridlock when only one lane is accessible. My truck has suffered body damage from the signs while trying to avoid another vehicle.

Real Estate Advertisement posted in middle of public easement/street, and also it is advertising incorrect property (the lot adjacent to the sign is not being sold). Sign should be on private property, and not misleading (Need to post on correct property to be sold). Real estate agent has been contacted and sign still present.

3 or 4 sets of divets in the road allegedly for speed bumps. it has been more than a month without speed bumps installed. City owes residents wheel alignments.
