City of Oakland - Public Property PLUS

This trailer has been parked and blocking a red zone and impeding clear traffic since January 4, 2023. We have seen no tickets/warning or any signs that the City even cares about this spot. There is also been neighborhood notice and warnings that this trailer has stolen property in it. PLEASE REMOVE THIS TRAILER NOW. It has also affect street sweeping for going on 5 months.

This moring 2/19/25, before 7am I was parked here as well as other neighbors. I left at aproximately 10 am this moring and these signs were not placed there. These construction signs have been on the sidewalk left blank from a previous construction done on the street last year. When my husband got home at approximately 4 pm he said the signs were put up.

Large truck dropped off 5 days ago. Cannot see oncoming traffic truck so large. This is a residential neighborhood.

Mobile home being build in parking lot (This is not the first time) the previous homes were removed bc they received order of evacuation after a year of being there.& there is also a homeless Rv across , just taking up our parking spots..

using our street as parking without permits
working at all hours of the day ( i have footage on my camera of them working at 6pm at night and 5am in the morning) when their sign is only to prevent parking from 8am5pm. instead they block the street all day with dirt, work vehicles and equipment

Resident illegally takes up street parking because she does not want people parking in front of her house or by her car. Also several abandoned cars behind cones. She also tells mail carriers they cannot park on the street

Who approved that parking structure for whole foods??? Fire them immediately!!! It's disaster waiting to happen. It's too small where there should be one way traffic there is two way traffic. I almost collided head on with two cars in the parking lot couldn't tell who was going the wrong way. The steep driveway entrance that feels like a roller coaster. that angle is definitely illegal. Damaged my under carriage going in and coming out the sidewalk drops the car so hard. SUB PAR construction at best. Fix it!!!! Fix it NOW!!!!
