House is abandoned for approximately over a year grounds and grass has not been cut or maintain

Tree on driveway property knocked down when tornado hit hamden in 2020. Property grass and vegetation is way overgrown. House even looks run down and abandoned but there is a car in the driveway.

This corner of Arcadia and Battis Road is obstructing motorists view due to overgrown bushes and shrubs that have not been maintained.
There has been illegal dumping as well. Thank you.

This house has been an EYESORE for multiple years. It baffles me how someone can come in and out for years and never address this issue. it's so unfair to those of us who take pride and effort to maintain our property. Very embarrassing!
