233 Skiff St Hamden, Connecticut, 06517 - Hamden
    I reside in Hamden.
I’m curious about the eyesore dilapidated house at 233 Skiff St. According to the assessment database it is owned by The Regional Water Authority. Pretty sure they are not keeping it for an executive residence!
Why is it being preserved at the site of the new Skiff St bridge being built. The construction crew went out of their way to avoid damaging it but it looks like if they touched it, it would collapse.
The land is worth a lot – Aces would love to have it I assume.
What’s the deal on that property??
    Thanks for any info.

This is a garage on Walden Street in Hamden Ct. it has been this way for 30 years that we have owned our home. This is unacceptable. We have to view this from our dining room window and backyard. It definitely an extreme hazard. I would like it addressed with the homeowner.
