    This property has clearly been abandoned and is in terrible condition. It is an eyesore and a safety hazard for residents and pets in the area. The grass is overgrown and unkept, wild animal are in the yard, foxes and coyotes have been observed on the property and it is creating a tick haven for area pets. I have personally called and emailed Zoning Enforcement several times, was directed to Adam Zonas regarding this issue with no response. I reside directly behind the property and would appreciate if this could be addressed.

    These stores have garbage all over the place on the trail side of the building. Since it's uncontained, it blows all over the place in strong winds. So this is both blight and also a canal trail issue.

If any surrounding households/buildings have to deal with any insect infestation problems this is the source. New trash constantly appears and also makes its way to surrounding properties. The property was in horrible condition even when the business was in operation.

    Trash littered everywhere on property and wetlands property next door. Garbage left out on street, driveway, etc. We have a large Coyote issue now due to all the trash. Very large pack of Coyotes twice daily. Its not safe. Between this and the chickens and rooster across the street, the neighborhood looks terrible! Why are we allowing this to continue? This has been going on for over 2 years!!! We need to stop this blight! I walk by several times per day as I am retired and enjoy walking. I have run into wild animals several times. PLEASE VISIT THIS HOUSE! Disgusting! Same trash for years and they park their several cars all over the place.
