This segment of sidewalk needs to be repaired. This can be considered not safe for people who need a sidewalk to be smooth. The cracks and uneven paving are damaging the wheels on the town garbage bins. Chunks of snow and ice are left behind after shoveling, causing a hazard until it melts.

The sidewalk is finally being repaired- thank you! I’m not sure if I should make a new report or add to the older one for the sidewalk (so I’m doing both!) The sidewalk is being fixed but the curb is still either very broken or non-existent in many parts and it looks like there is soil ready to fill in but without a repaired curb to catch it (which doesn’t make sense.) There are two storm drains just below the work area and I worry that without a proper/repaired curb to hold it, all of the soil will just wash away (like the old soil did) and clog up those drains (plus adding more sediment to our waterways.)

Maybe there’s already a plan to fix the curb, but I wanted to make sure it was flagged in case there was only a repair order for the sidewalk and not the very broken down curb on the majority of the block.

Part of the sidewalk in front of 25 Benton Street is lifting up and causing a trip hazard. The lady who lives at 25 Benton is legally blind and has already tripped on it twice.

Sidewalk is crumbling and there is no ADA ramp. Repairs were completed on either side of my house on Greenway Street last month. I called the engineering department who said that the engineer would stop by. He never came. I've called twice a week for the last four weeks and have yet to receive a call back to explain why our house was skipped in the repairs.

Sidewalk is severely damaged by tree roots and needs to be replaced. This sidewalk is difficult to maintain in the winter and gets icy when snow melts. I live close to St. Rita's School and kids often walk over here. I have concerns someone will trip and get hurt based on how the sidewalk looks. I have made a separate request to have the trees removed.

The area behind the sidewalk is washed out and there is one area in front of the sidewalk east of the eastern entrance. There is also a sidewalk settlement/lift near the fire hydrant.
