Good morning, I have submitted a request for our sidewalk located on Bradley Avenue a few years ago to be repaired but nothing has been done about it.... I also just submitted a request about potholes on the corner of Duane Road and Bradley Avenue... We are requesting that our side walk be repaired before the winter comes and we have to wait until the spring or summer... we are asking for 57 Bradley avenue sidewalks to be repaired. My children have fallen and most recently my daughter has busted her knee as a result of the poor conditions on the sidewalk in front of our home 40 Rentell road. My electrolytes neighbor has a walker and I am always reminding her to be careful has the indent in the sidewalk is uneven and she can fall. Please fix this issue has children use the sidewalk to ride bikes and I know need to use the street for their safety.

Please re-evaluate the sidewalks at this corner premise for the replacement program.

Resident called in to request that her sidewalks and driveway be re-evaluated and addressed this year for replacement. There are large holes and huge moveable chunks of concrete, that are hazardous to pedestrians and vehicles. Please evaluate and replace accordingly.

Damaged and raised slabs pose a definite trip hazard to occupants and guests and the many people who use this sidewalk. I reported this issue in 2011 when I purchased the property which is used as a rental and was told it was placed on the repair list. Its been 10 years now and id like an update and approximate date as to when it will be replaced. I feel it is a moderate liability to the town should someone trip and get injured.

4/7/2021-I have reported a problem with the sidewalk in front of my home since Feb 2011. The sidewalk is raised due to tree roots that the town has since taken down (Oct 2013). The sidewalk has cracked more and when it rains there is a huge puddle and now it's completely crumbling to small rocks. Many older and handicapped people walk on this side of the street and I have seen many people trip. The town has marked out the sidewalk and driveway skirt numerous times, needs repaired asap.
Here is the last signoff from the Engineering Inspector 12/8/2017: "The Town currently repairs sidewalks based on the roads with the oldest complaints. Once we get to a street, we attempt to repair all sidewalk problems on the street. We are currently working on streets with complaints from 2007 and about to begin 2008 streets. Based on current funding and given your street is a 2007 street, we anticipate it to take within a year to get to the street. The town is currently winding down sidewalk work for the year due to impending cold temperatures and snow". I do not understand why it would take over 10 years for the Town to repair this issue. I would appreciate a timely response.

Big liability trip hazard.

Dangerous for people to walk.

The storm ysterday caused a very very large city tree to peel up from the ground roost and all it peeled back all the grass cement pathway and crumbled the side walk in fron of my hose and the house next door as well as part of my drive way extremely danger ous. Waiting on UI to remove huge tree the are laying on othe streets power lines and is on our house as well as the house next door.

Please evaluate the sidewalk for repair. Elderly resident
