    Hazardous topsoil was put in place of old soil by the town’s contractors after replacing the sidewalks this past spring. No grass will grow in these areas as it mostly contains rocks, and pieces of glass continue to appear and wash out into sidewalk and street after rain. This is a serious hazard as families and dogs walk here daily and should be replaced with appropriate soil and grass seed.
