We understand that the long-awaited re-paving of Armory St. is under way and we are quite grateful. However, I earlier notified Public works that two driveway aprons on the lower end of Armory are substandard and need to be addressed before new paving has begun. We have received no messages concerning the replacement of these aprons. Please let us know what can be done to ensure a quality job.

Sidewalk needed at 35 Lake Street. I believe it was dug up during a tree removal in early 2021, and we have been waiting for a repaired sidewalk ever since. We were told by the previous owners that the city was aware of this ~14 months ago, but that seems to not be the case. Thank you in advance!

Sidewalk has been cracking over time due to the winter storms and starting to be un leveled

This sidewalk is in major need of repair. Anyone needing an accessible way to get by is forced to use the street because it's so bad.

Our tire just popped because of this. This is not safe. I also have children where this is hazardous. This is like this down our whole block. It is Terrible and makes our community look run down

Resident called in to request that the sidewalks and driveway apron be evaluated for the replacement program. Please review/inspect accordingly.

Hello. My insurance company asked that the sidewalk in front of the home/at the bottom of the driveway (13 Saint James Street) be repaired by June 11 for safety reasons. Please let me know if this is feasible and timing around completion of this request? Thank you!

The sidewalk in front of our house has a gap between 2 blocks that is larger than normal, and are uneven. One is about an inch higher, and I tripped and fell from it today while pushing my infant in a stroller. God forbid I was wearing her, she could have been killed had I fallen. This needs to be fixed, whether there’s a cement slope added to bridge the gap/height difference, or something. Very dangerous.

Resident came in to request that his sidewalk be inspected. Tree roots under the sidewalk area are up-heaving the flags. Please evaluate and note if this can be repaired.

The entire sidewalk in front of our house is a trip hazard!! I’ve contacted you several times in the last 10 years to have repaired. Most of the street is like this. We have young kids and an elderly woman living on the street who are going to get hurt. These were inspected years ago and we were told they were hazardous -imagine how they look now - unusable! Can you please send someone out to evaluate? It’s only a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt.
