Sidewalk cracked and uneven

Resident called in to request that the sidewalks and driveway apron be evaluated for the replacement program. Please review/inspect accordingly.

Requesting replacement of 2 sidewalk sections in front of my house. As shown in the picture, the first section has caused several injuries to pedestrians and previous attempts at temporary repairs have failed creating a dangerous section of the sidewalk. The section section adjacent to the first is experiencing severe cracking which will soon devolve to the condition of the first section.

Good morning, I have submitted a request for our sidewalk located on Bradley Avenue a few years ago to be repaired but nothing has been done about it.... I also just submitted a request about potholes on the corner of Duane Road and Bradley Avenue... We are requesting that our side walk be repaired before the winter comes and we have to wait until the spring or summer... we are asking for 57 Bradley avenue sidewalks to be repaired. Sidewalk on Middle Rd between Glen Parkway and 108 Middle Rd is extremely unsafe. Sidewalk is broken and surface is extremely uneven.

Please repair the sidewalks at Ford and Walden and Doren. Person is mobility limited and cannot use the broken up sidewalk.

Dangerous for people to walk.

There is a hole underneath the sidewalk: a large crack has appeared. You can see that the area underneath the sidewalk is not supported by the ground. The sidewalk is very hazardous. We have previously reported that this sidewalk needed repair and it was approved for future repair by the town. This needs urgent attention.
