Don't know if you've already been made aware of this particular sidewalk upheaval or not, but it looks pretty substantial. At the bridge over the creek on the right side From the corner of Deerfield and Hotchkiss.

Sidewalks in need of repair. Lifting, spalling, and cracks from tree roots from town owned trees in the planting strip between sidewalk and street.

Sidewalk slab raised about 3.5" and is a safety hazard. It is on a downhill sidewalk and have seen kids crash into it on skateboards and scooters.

Thank you for the new sidewalks, but 148 Circular Ave apron and driveway are chipped and not like they were before . Could someone come and do a repair ? Thank you

Sidewalks on corner of Dixwell and Connellyare in bad shape and lifting because of tree roots and settling. Also sidewalk at the bus stop on this corner

This request is being made again. First request was made in February 2022 and was told once funds were allocated it would be repaired. The new fiscal year has started a couple months ago now and the repair is still not made. It is now September 21, 2022. This section of sidewalk that was damaged during the Tornado in August, 2020 and is still in need of repair. This is a heavily walked area due to the Farmington Canal Trail being in the area as well as several bus stops and is a hazard. We have to walk out into the road while walking down the sidewalk as it is un-walkable.

Sidewalk has been in a state of disrepair and has gotten worse since reported in 2020.
Last report was closed out without being addressed.
Insurance inspector is requesting completion and insurance carrier is threatening cancellation due to the increased liability.
Please address ASAP.
