Sidewalk is lifted and damaged from a tree. Please investigate and have it repaired

sidewalk in very bad shape, a lot of cracks and makes a big puddle when it rains, very dangerous walkway , thank you

Good Afternoon. The sidewalk in front of my home at 87 Lent Road, Hamden, CT 06517 has several crack and divots in it. It is a trip and fall hazard. I do my best to trim it and keep the grass from growing out of the cracks, but the cracks are getting larger and larger each year. My mother is 81, and I am always nervous maneuvering her to car for her medical appointments as we have to pass by these cracks in the sidewalk. Anything you can do to repair these sections of sideway would be greatly appreciated. I have two (2) additional photos I can send over as well. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Please repair the sidewalks at Ford and Walden and Doren. Person is mobility limited and cannot use the broken up sidewalk.

Resident came in to request that his sidewalk be inspected. Tree roots under the sidewalk area are up-heaving the flags. Please evaluate and note if this can be repaired.

Sidewalk impassable for entire block of Heloise from Hall to Carleton

Due to drainage problems in the area, the sidewalk is spalling and needs repairs. Water running down the sidewalk is now damaging her sidewalk. Pebbles are coming up from spalling.

There are 2 areas in need of repair. This is one area right by a tree recently removed by the town last autumn. The other area is further down the sidewalk, also raised, but not visible in this picture. Both present a significant tripping hazard

The sidewalk at 650 is in desperate need of repair. Also see 630, 646, and 648. There is a school bus stop nearby and the sidewalk in that area are horrific. This photo was taken in June 2019.
