Resident called in to have sidewalks fronting his property be evaluated for the Town Sidewalk Replacement Program.

New tree planted which caused sidewalk to raise up. Now this cracked sidewalk retains water and remains icy and slippery for pedestrians in winter. In spring and summer, pedestrians with strollers have trouble navigating and unsafe for walking and bicycles.

Resident called in to have sidewalks inspected and placed on list for replacement program.

This is the third request since the sidewalk has lifted up causing a tripping hazard. This is on the Meadowbrook Rd side of my house (past the driveway)

Sidewalk has eroded making a trip hazard in front of house . Would like a new sidewalk. Also a curb needs to be added to prevent cars from parking on top of grass.
Replace sidewalk and add a curb along 1st Street closest to Dixwell Avenue. There are huge potholes and uneven areas that are not safe to walk and when it rains large amounts of water gather with no drainage.

Hello in front of my house and about a half block up the sidewalk is coming up in places and definitly cracking where it is now becoming a safety issue,,if possible please have someone come out and inspect it thank you

Please evaluate the sidewalks fronting this premise. Specifically the area around the driveway.

I am afraid someone could trip on this. Also, the dirt is so much that cats are using it as a litter box.
