    There has been two water main breaks over the winter and the pavement has unraveled about 100 ft from the break due to water traveling below the pavement. Can the area be repaved considering it was paved within the past two to three years.

    There is a constant and awful high pitched squealing noise plauging the Hamdor Plaza near Dixwell Avenue and Shepard Avenue. It's making noise day and night. It makes me nauseous. I hear the sound traveling from one driveway of the plaza near a concrete structure in the ground (a "utility trench"?) with meters attached to it, almost echoing through to one or more of the buildings at the back of the plaza. The noise is just as loud when walking away from Dixwell past Apex Pharmacy.
