Mattress at 72 Carleton blocks sidewalk for weeks

Overflowing Trash and Recycling cans left at curb 24 hiurs a day 7 days a week . This has been an issue for over a year and nothing is done. Homeowner refuses to comply with Town regulations.
o Refuse must be put into the town supplied green trash totes, preferably in plastic trash bags, no trash can be left outside the container, it cannot be overfilled and cannot weigh over 100 pounds when full.
o Refuse must be at curb by 6 a.m. of pickup day. Do not place refuse at the curb more than 24 hours prior to collection. Remove empty trash barrels within 24 hours after collection.

It is not fair to the residents of this neighborhood ..this attracts wildlife and is a major eyesore. When will the town do something?

This is the second week I notice recycling has not been picked up.

Trash/recycling from 160 W Todd street (and neighbor) is still not being picked up.

We need are recycling bin emptied. They didn’t pick it up yesterday.

Recycling came by around 5:30 this morning. Is there a noise ordinance that dictates how early garbage collection can start? Didn’t get a photo — too tired to get out of bed. Thank you for your attention.

A week after the first complaint, October bulk trash is STILL not picked up yet. Please pick up as soon as possible.

Students moved out & left bags of trash. Trash pickup was today & this was left behind, obviously because the students didn't put it on the bins.
