    My name is Ileana Nieves. My property address is 116 Cherry Hill Road Hamden. I wanted to reach out because whoever crew/man that does our trash pick up is not doing the pick up as it should. This is the 3rd time that he leaves my garbage behind because I use paper bags and he for some reason does not take it!! I use paper bags also and they are garbage NOT recycled items! Also wanted to file a complaint because I don’t know what his issues are, but he also leaves my garbage cans LAYING down on the ground!! He doesn’t do that to anyone else but I have to PIICK UP my cans from the floor and I am TIRED!!! Please speak to him/them, because is ridiculous already!!! Take the garbage!! It’s in the cans and organized and why are you picking what you want to take and not take!

    Hello,

    My green trash bin was not collected today. After talking w/ neighbor's, today's collection occurred @ about 5pm.
    Initially it was as 7:30 am, then 11:00 am and today around 5:00pm.
    My bin is only half full & can wait until next Thurs., however I wanted to advise as 2 other neighbors did not have their bins collected.
