    There are now four large boxes at the curb on the Winnett St. side of this duplex rental home. I reported this before when there were fewer boxes and it was incorrectly closed. The boxes, plus more now, are at the curb on Winnett Street side and the tenants obviously do not know that the boxes need to be broken down and recycled in the blue bin. Please don't close this again until it is resolved. They need a Spanish language recycling guide, I think.

    2660 dixwell corner of Westminster Street. these trash cans have been out on the street since they moved in there last year they never take them in and it’s disgusting not to mention they park all the way to the corner which makes it extremely dangerous when turning onto the street from Dixwell.
