    I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that occurred during the recent trash collection. On 6/27/2024, my trash bin was not emptied because it had been knocked over by the wind. A few of the bags fell out and the driver left everything even the trash that was in the bin. Unfortunately, this oversight led to my household waste not being collected.

    I understand that factors like weather conditions can sometimes affect the collection process. However, it is important to note that the contents of my bin were properly bagged and ready for disposal. I kindly request your assistance in ensuring that our trash is collected before the next scheduled pickup. I called on the 27th and the 28th and was told that it would be picked up and the garage it still full outside. The trash bin isn’t big enough to hold two weeks worth of trash. I need you to have someone come pick it up.

    Overflowing Trash and Recycling cans left at curb 24 hiurs a day 7 days a week . This has been an issue for over a year and nothing is done. Homeowner refuses to comply with Town regulations.
    o Refuse must be put into the town supplied green trash totes, preferably in plastic trash bags, no trash can be left outside the container, it cannot be overfilled and cannot weigh over 100 pounds when full.
    o Refuse must be at curb by 6 a.m. of pickup day. Do not place refuse at the curb more than 24 hours prior to collection. Remove empty trash barrels within 24 hours after collection.

    It is not fair to the residents of this neighborhood ..this attracts wildlife and is a major eyesore. When will the town do something?

    786 Pine Avenue continues to leave both trash and recycling cans out at curb/in the street 7 days a week. Pick up day was yesterday and the recycling can is so overstuffed that the lid will not close. Now we residents have to deal with this eyesore for two more weeks !!!! When will the Town do something about this inconsiderate homeowner!!!
