    All of Lake St. needs to be put on the list for street paving. I have lived on Lake St for 40+ years and never remember any street paving. It's a bumpy street covered with cracking, potholes, utility trench inadequate paving etc., a disgrace. Please add it to the list.

    I just want to thank the PWD for their swift response to my reporting potholes at the intersection of West Shepard Ave. and Shepard Ave. a few weeks ago. I think I reported it on a Friday and by the following Monday the holes had been filled. Sorry I haven't written sooner- I have thought of it every time I make the turn, but by the time I get home, I forget all about it. WELL DONE!

    Our street was hit hard by the 2018 tornado. The heavy equipment brought for clean up left a broken road in front of 112 Chatterton. There is always a puddle...especially deep when it is wet outside. This puddle has its own ecosystem....frogs, mosquitos, etc. We were hoping it can be repaired. Thank you for your attention.

    Significant crack in street in front of my property is damaging my driveway. Crack has spread appx 2 feet into my driveway. Crack needs to be repaired. Other significant cracks in front of property as well. Curbs also in need of repair. I've been here for 29 years, and the road (Nutmeg Hill Rd) has never been resurfaced.

    Large pot holes on wooden st just after the bridge heading up the hill before you get to wintergreen Ave. Some one car will get destroyed if the pot holes are not repaired
