Street light pole number 5038 on Centerbrook Road in the Meadowbrook complex

Street light has blown out three times in the last 14 years.

This is actually the traffic light: this is blinking yellow/red likely from an accident but it's actually quite challenging to see down Benham from Mix when attempting to take a left. ,

Dead end street with currently two unoccupied houses, one being renovated and flipped and the second recently left empty due to home owner passing away with no relatives back in over a month since owner passed. Only 2 street lights for the street and they are very dim, safety concerns as we have already had two break ins and mostly elderly neighborhood/wooded areas.

The street light in front of 204 Dorrance street is missing its lens cover. Not only is the light too bright without the lens it's also vulnerable to bugs, weather, and breakage.

The light is in pole number UICS 3114. The closest cross street is Dorrance Place.

I've included pictures off the pole and lights with the missing lens.

All of the decorative lights in the Bell Tower park next to the Haven restaurant are not working, making the park area very dark
