STREET IS IN EXTREME NEED OF PAVING. PAVEMENT IS BROKEN AND CRACKED. HAZARDOUS

Between Handy Rd and Bethany Town line in both directions large stumps, tree limbs and debris on pavement on the sides of the road. Impedes 2 way travel. Also is center line going to be painted?

Multiple potholes before the lake Street sign on Mather. Public Works filled one of the holes in front of 146 but didn't fill the ones all the way up to Lake Street

Several pot holes on Garden St between Beacon and Concord streets

Snow wasnt shoveled completely and ice formed in front of 2 houses

The hill on dickerman st is absolutely dangerous at this point. Already thin two lanes up a windy road now with unavoidable potholes up the entire stretch.

There are two large potholes in front of 44 Glendale Street. These holes are getting larger each week and are in desperate need of repair.

There is a pothole on Millrock right before the tennis courts.

Street has been prepped for repaving. As a result I guess it weakened the ground by my curb and driveway. What you see happened after the heavy rain on Friday.

Road has been torn up for a couple of months now.. Please repair!
