    This drain needs to be kept clean When it's clogged, water overflows on to my property and causes damage to my driveway This issue has been reported multiple times, and promises were made to keep it clean Yet today, I had to go clean it myself, again Tis will be the last time! I recently had my driveway repaved and I'm not looking to have it damaged Please ensure that there is a cleaning/clearing schedule in place to avoid future issues Thank you h

    The down trees and debris let the water backs up and is flowing over on my property and next door due to the excessive amount of rainfall and it's causing backed up and my sub pump to fail.

    There are drainage issues that are resulting in an excess of water which is creating a health hazard (standing water is a haven for mosquitos) and damaging the landscape. The issue is causing an inordinate amount of water back-up which is then running off onto the sidewalk on Knob Hill. That is creating a lot of silt, dirt and mud to pile up on the sidewalk and when it rains because there is so much build up the rain can't run down the sidewalk into the gutter. It's also impossible to remove and makes it impossible to shovel in the wintertime. In addition, if water builds up and its cold it freezes in that area creating a slipping hazard.

    Please don’t pile up snow here when plowing the government center parking lot. A bunch of ice boulders toppled down the embankment into my driveway. Also, there is storm drain in that area which if blocked causes water to drain onto my property, which has damaged my driveway in the past. Please acknowledge that this message has been received.     There might be a blocked storm drain here but I can't tell because I don't have equipment to safely dig through the sand and dirt that might be covering it. This pile of sand and dirt can be found near the ancient concrete bridge, adjacent to the newly installed storm drain on the opposite side of the road.

    I reported this problem 1 to 2 years ago and nothing was done. The storm drain next to the West Rock Ridge Parking lot is completely filled with sand and leaves and needs to be cleaned out.
