    Hello!
    We truly appreciate how promptly and well-done snow removal is in our town, and have never felt the need to reach out. However, today, the cul-de-sac we live on was plowed too far out from where our mailbox is. A payloader was up there earlier lifting snow into a pile right next to our mailbox, but after it left, we assessed to try to dig out the mailbox and don't think, even with a snowblower, we can move the crusted, heavy snow. In the driveway, the snowblower had trouble breaking through. We would greatly appreciate if either a plow or payloader could pay another visit to our street to at least come somewhat closer to our mailbox, so that we can then clear it out for the mail person. Thank you very much for all you do!
