    On Hume drive, from where it intersects with Sky view circle, down to the dead end, there are 4 streetlights that have bulbs that are out. This makes the road that much darker for those of us who walk when it’s dark, have dogs to take out, etc. I think there are 2 on each side of the road, if i remember correctly.
