Street light out on Forest St. ext just beyond Forest CT. No. on other side of street.

The edge of this flag was stuck between several wires attached to this pole. All pole numbers were removed from the facing. Some numbers can still be seen embossed into the wood.

This utility pole is leaning over into Dixwell Avenue—not like it's falling or broken, but as if excessive tension on an attached line is pulling it to the road. I am immediately reporting this to ct.gov/dot after submitting the report here, and providing a link to this issue to CT DOT. This utility pole must be inspected.

Tree branches hanging on power lines. Trees are over grown around the street lghts. Very dark at night, no light shines through the trees to the street or sidewalk.

There is no street lighting at the corner of Dixwell Avenue and Skiff Street near Town Fair Tire and no pedestrian can be seen crossing on the crosswalk because of this. The intersection already deproritizes pedestrians to rush through before someone driving already doesn't notice them. It's just that much worse when there's no lighting across any crosswalk paint that the pedestrian needs to use.

I have made several inquiries into what rge 9 street lights are out around my moms home she has sever dementia and we sometimes bring her home late

street lighting in this area is absent enough to force vehicular high beam usage at night, blinding pedestrians that must walk in the road, particularly in hilly areas where there is no sidewalk
