theres a tree that has grown so much it has taken over the pole and the electric wiring, any storm and the whole block would lose power. please come and trim branches as soon as possible... the address is 62 west helen st. The street is super dark at night and i had to install a lot of solar lights in my front yard because of that. since you cant even see where youre walking at night.
  • 75 Churchill Rd Hamden, Connecticut, 06517 - Spring Glen
There is a tree on town property. Corner of Churchill and Spring Glen Terrace. One branch is hanging very low over the sidewalk and several people have bumped their heads. They complained to us, but we called the tree service company and they said it was a town tree and we should tell you. Can you trim the one branch, but do not take down the whole tree.

Multiple areas of over grown brush in to the street and low hanging tree limbs. Hazard to cars and pedestrians. Trucks come through and hit low limbs as well. Some leaning and old trees that will come down during the next string storm. Thanks
  • 291 Morse St Hamden, Connecticut, 06517 - Hamden

I reported this problem 2 yrs. ago and thank you for your response, but the brush has gotten worse. Is it possible for you to have equipment and take out the brush completely instead of having workers trying to clear by hand? Our properties on Morse St butt up to the rear field on Newhall St, the former Hamden Middle School. The town mow's the field but doesn't mow near our fence. Is it possible for the town to cut down and get rid of ALL the weeds and brush against the fence line for good. This is causing many animals to dig under the fence and into our yards. Also after a hard rain the brush is swampy causing home to mosquitoes. Myself and neighbors at 283 & 287 Morse try our best on our side of the fence to kill the brush from growing.

    Thank You in advance

  • 117 Thornton St Hamden, Connecticut, 06517 - Spring Glen
Hi! We recently had an arborist come to our property for a consultation about some trees in our backyard, and during the consultation he told us to get in touch with the town about a diseased/dying tree in the grass median front of our house that needs to be dealt with/removed. What's the process of getting this taken care of? Thanks so much!
