    On Hume drive, from where it intersects with Sky view circle, down to the dead end, there are 4 streetlights that have bulbs that are out. This makes the road that much darker for those of us who walk when it’s dark, have dogs to take out, etc. I think there are 2 on each side of the road, if i remember correctly.

    3rd pole going south from skiff St. light is completely out, been like that for many months. The partial pole # is 68 as some numbers are missing. There is a large CATV power supply and phone cabinet on pole. Pole is directly across the street from the bus stop. This was reported once before to UI and was not repaired. Please replace with LED lamp. Now that it is darker earlier this is more of a safety concern for all who travel and walk in the area.

    Putting this in street lights because that's the best fitting category. There are at least two loose utility devices/boxes hanging down off the wire near 848-850 Dixwell Avenue. It looks like they have been unused for some time. Should these be removed?
