The sign at the large parking lot for Brooksvale Park needs to have the letters painted white. It is difficult to read the way it is.

Will this pathway be open for the public to use? This route would provide somewhat of a convenient path for all pedestrians and cyclists to access the canal around the area of Dixwell Avenue and Mather Street.

Massive amount of trash near transformer in the town center park along tree line. Please have someone from the city clean up all along tree line all the way down towards center stage. Much appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks to Public Works for trimming the knotweed along several town roads, especially on Waite near Moretti field, as it narrowed the road considerably. I realize narrowing the driving space can slow down the traffic, but Waite doesn’t have a lot of width to spare.

Extremely bumpy/unsmooth

The lower screw on this rope climb equipment is coming loose and needs to be tightened

The new swings are amazing but they really need to be oiled!

Trail behind Eli Whitney needs attention, please remove downed tree

The swings at the playground at legion field are was too low to the ground and need to be raised. After the rubber mats were installed on top of the wood chips it raised the ground so much my 4 year old can’t swing properly without catching his feet on the ground . He has hurt his foot and fell off the swing multiple times because of this. Please raise them , it is a very quick and easy fix.

There is a ton of shattered glass by the entrance to the park along the grass.

Tons of trash at this park, there's a car seat dumped and the playground has more trash Also cars and motorcycles are driving across the track and onto the field to use the bocce court
