  • 134-166 Lakeview Ave Hamden, CT, 06514, USA - Hamden
There are large tree branches in the road. Please remove them. They fell off a tree with dead branches that looks diseased and damaged from wildlife. Please cut down or extensively trim the tree. There is also a dead tree trunk in the same area that has pieces of dead bark falling into the street. The tree trunk was reported here back in August 2024 and no action has been taken yet.

  • 169-235 Thornton St Hamden, Connecticut, 06517 - Spring Glen

  • Tuttle Ave Hamden, Connecticut, 06518 - Hamden
Tuttle has become so dangerous. Many many dead trees hanging over the road. Everytime there is even a little wind big branches fall. It is only a matter of time before one of the many many dead trees falls on a car or person. The road needs major tree work. It is very dangerous. Large trees on the edge of the road. Wallingford and Cheshire have done their part to maintain their sections. Hamden needs to step it up and make safety along this road a priority. This is a busy road and can not be neglected by Hamden anymore.
  • 2842 Old Dixwell Ave Hamden, Connecticut, 06518 - Hamden_Feature 001
I complained about this tree prior as it was dead, breaking with large branches falling and needed to be removed. Apparently it wasn’t removed but hit and fell on the sidewalk. Luckily no
Hurt! It was cleaned out but this is still there along with a wire and caution tape across the sidewalk. It is a large hole and really should be filled in. It really is a safety issue like the tree was as it fell like a domino.
  • 1270 Sherman Ave Hamden, Connecticut, 06514 - Hamden_Feature 001
When time permits, please have these branches near the bus stop trimmed, so that passengers waiting at the bus stop shelter are more visible to CTtransit drivers. This becomes a problem when the sun isn't out. Passengers need to move to the curb in order to be seen. It's easy for a bus driver to miss someone waiting here because the branches are in the way.
  • 21 Manor St Hamden, CT, 06517, USA - Hamden
