    Hello!
    We truly appreciate how promptly and well-done snow removal is in our town, and have never felt the need to reach out. However, today, the cul-de-sac we live on was plowed too far out from where our mailbox is. A payloader was up there earlier lifting snow into a pile right next to our mailbox, but after it left, we assessed to try to dig out the mailbox and don't think, even with a snowblower, we can move the crusted, heavy snow. In the driveway, the snowblower had trouble breaking through. We would greatly appreciate if either a plow or payloader could pay another visit to our street to at least come somewhat closer to our mailbox, so that we can then clear it out for the mail person. Thank you very much for all you do!

    big rocks in roadway ever since last snowstorm. Plow driver who cleared 1955 paradise plowed these into the road and have been hit several times by vehicles. This needs to be addressed with homeowner and removed from road before an accident occurs with vehicle damage. The home owner should be made aware to inform plow driver that snow shouldn't be plowed into roadway.

    During the December 9, 2017 snow storm the plow cut into our lawn and through dirt grass and snow all over the car we have parked in our driveway. The yard was damaged about a foot and a half in all the way down the Wilmot Rd side of the property (about 40 feet). We have made 2 calls to public works and both times we have talked with Debbie but we have not had anyone out to look at the damage. Please let us know what steps need to be taken for this to be addressed. I have attached one of the pictures that was taken.

    A white van is always parked in the street on Eramo Terrace at the owner's residence.
    It is difficult to navigate the narrow road with it there and I notice it was difficult for the plow to plow the road around it.
    Can you let the Police Dept. know this truck needs to be parked in their driveway not on the road.
